- Abstracts (up to 300 words) to be considered for inclusion in the conference programme should be submitted to the organizers before 30th of April 2026. Progressive notifications of abstract acceptance by the conference organizers until 29th of May 2026.
- Abstracts submitted before 20th of April 2026 will be eligible for the early bird registration. The organisers will assess these early bird submissions progressively by 1 May 2026.
- 15 May 2026 – deadline for early bird registrations of those who submitted their abstracts before the 20th of April 2026. Those colleagues whose abstracts are selected for inclusion in the conference programme are eligible for early bird conference fees of PLN700 providing that the fee is paid and attendances registered before the 15th of May. After the 15th of May, conference fees for accepted participants will increase to PLN800.
- 1 June 2026 – the first draft of the conference programme to be released.
- 14 June 2026 – conference registration deadline.
- 15 June 2026 – the final conference programme to be released.
- 19 June 2026 – deadline for the delivery of multimedia presentations (e.g., PowerPoint slides)to the conference organizers at: ices2026@wsiz.edu.pl
- 24 June 2026 – Meet and Greet evening session (starting at 18.00)including the conference keynote presentation and drinks.
- 25-26 June 2026 – conference working sessions.
- 26 June 2026 – conference dinner at the UITM’s Kielnarowa Campus restaurant-tavern (return bus transportation to be arranged from the UITM’s City Campus)
- 27th June 2026 – the post-conference Rzeszow old city walk and/or a bus trip to Łańcut Castle (TBC)
