Entry Requirements
Visa Policy
Poland is part of the Schengen Area, so entry regulations are aligned with other Schengen countries.
- EU/EEA citizens: No visa required. A valid passport or national ID card is sufficient.
- Visa-exempt countries: Citizens of countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most Latin American nations may stay in Poland for up to 90 days within a 180-day period without a visa.
- Visa-required countries: Citizens of countries including India, China, Russia, and many African and Middle Eastern states must obtain a Schengen visa prior to travel.
Conference participants may apply for a short-stay (Type C) visa. Organizers can provide an invitation letter upon request; however, this does not guarantee visa approval and does not cover application costs.
COVID-19
All COVID-19-related travel restrictions were lifted in 2022.
Currently, no vaccination certificates, testing, or entry forms are required for travel to or within Poland.
