Rzeszów offers a reasonable range of hotel accommodation. To date, ICES2026 conference participants have been offered hotel rate discounts and enhanced room availability during the conference week 23-28 June 2026 by the following hotels located at or near the city centre:

Please note that to take advantage of current hotel offers, ICES 2026 participants should make their hotel bookings as soon as practicable and preferably by 15 May 2026. Rzeszów is a popular summer venue for tourists and sporting events and demand for attractive hotel accommodation is likely to surge in late May and June. ICES2026 hotel reservation codes for individual bookings will be provided to conference participants during their registration.
Hotel Bristol Tradition & Luxury is the only five-star hotel in town. It is located in Rzeszów’s Market Square and offers 140 individually designed rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy regional and international cuisine at the Folk Restaurant by Chef Janusz Pyra, as well as craft beer brewed on site at Rzeszów’s Old Brewery (Stary Browar Rzeszowski). Hotel Best Western Plus Rzeszów City Centre is a modernised, three-star hotel located about 1.5 kms from Rzeszów City Centre and its Old Town area. It offers 60 modern rooms with flat-screen satellite TVs, writing desks, refrigerators, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms. Free WiFi is also available. A breakfast buffet is available in the morning and later in the day the hotel’s Hetmanska restaurant serves a selection of Polish dishes. There is also a parking for about 50 cars.
